We have 2 internet connection a 50 Mb and a 5 Mb. The PCs are HP 8100s with a I-5 670 running at 3.47Ghz, 8 GM RAM, and 10K HDD, 1 Gb network in-house. I also just tried Store updates, with DoSvc disabled, and it downloaded about 100MB of store updates in about 30 seconds. Once I can get to service manager and disable DoSvc and re-boot the performance returns to normal and I can download Windows updates normally. I run Resource Monitor it takes about 5 minuets to open and then shows the DOSvc at 100%. After the installation completes and at the initial logon the PC responds fairly quickly, but then slows to a crawl. When
